  1. For your information:

The Humboldt Bay RUN has started. It has been going off and on slowly for a few days now.
The first big school of Herring was spotted yesterday a mile North of the entrance and was followed North by the fleet towards the West Channel, catching with nets and Sabiki all the way. Limits for many after up to 3 hours of chasing the school.

Humboldt Bay is mostly a RUN based catch as the SPAWN areas are mostly in the North Bay
mud flats with can be hazardous to navigate.

The Crescent City Harbor RUN has not started.
There was a report of a small school near the entrance, but that was it.
