Safety
Safety is the number one priority for the event organizing committee. We want to provide a safe and fun environment for all participants; however, the sport of kayak fishing carries inherent risk. All participants must sign and submit a waiver prior to participating.
All participants must comply with all USCG regulation and the tournament director has the discretion to shorten or cancel the tournament due to safety concerns. Minimum requirements to participate: (Functioning VHF radio, PDF)

Parking LOTS
The Encinal boat ramp and park has been reserved through the Alameda Parks Department of the 2024 Alameda Rock wall Halibut tournament. Those who are registered of the 2024 ARW Tournament have priority to park in the public parking lot.
Over flow parking is available to the public and those who wish to attend the festivities and seminars. Please see the map for access to the overflow parking.
