This is a wrap! The end!, another great gathering of Kayak fisherman looking to capture the prize, the glory, the title of – King of the Wall. Here are my thoughts on the 2019 Alameda Rock Wall Tournament.
The tournament was a great success and the turn out from the community and the support from our sponsors made this event happen. I tried to greet my old friends and introduce myself to new ones.
Over all it seems like people enjoyed them selves and (praying to the fish gods), the weather held down nicely for most of the day.
I want to thank Moomoo Outdoors for helping pick up some of the work from the tournament. He freed my hands up, and without hesitation, offered his support. That made all the difference in regard to event logistics.
I also want to mention Bradley Potts for assisting with helping gather sponsors and helping where he can. He never hesitated to lend his helping hand and provide support. Thanks buddy.
I’m glad those who came enjoyed the event. For those who missed the event I will work to get you your event bags.
This Anchovy is going to take time for himself and enjoy some solo time on the ocean or bay. If you see me don’t hesitate to say hello. I’m always excited to meet new people and share my thoughts on this sport. I’m also interested in hearing from you as well. Teach this chovy a thing or two.
Best of luck out there. Good luck and tight lines — TLA
